Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Marrakech
On your arrival at Marrakech airport, you will be picked up by our team and driven to the hotel where you will spend your night check out and dinner outside.
Day 2: Marrakech – Essaouirra. About 3 hours driving
after a Moroccan breakfast you will be picked up to Essaouirra the former Portuguese Mogador, the white and blue city “well designed” for Sultan ben Abdallah by a French architect in the 18th century .You will fall in love on the Porte de la Marine and the Skala with its alignment of bronze cannons. You will appreciate its nonchalant charm, its whitewashed houses, its quiet squares, its welcoming sidewalk cafes, its old fishing port, its quality craftsmanship (tuya wood marquetry) and its… delicious fish. And the unique, cordial atmosphere that reigns in its alleys where locals mingle with tourists and artists from all over the world. Dinner, and overnight in the hotel.
Day 3: Essaouirra – Agadir. About 4 hours driving
during the road the blue Atlantic ocean will amaze your eyes by its wonderful sunset. The journey will continue crossing Sidi Kaouki, Taghazoute with some stops to enjoy the view of the sea. Lunch in the road then Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: Agadir – Ouarzazate About 5 to 6 hours driving
After breakfast we will drive to OUARZAZATE, via the village of TALIWIN the village is very famous of planting saffron it is a chance for you to get some from the shops there, and continue to the village of Taznakht small village known by Berber carpets made by the local Berber women It is a chance to stop and visit some corporations there to explore how women work on their carpets. Reach Ouarzazate and visit the international cinema studio where many famous films have shouted, lunch in the road then Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 5: Ouarzazate to the dunes of Mhamid About 4 hours driving.
Breakfast in the hotel then be ready to go deep to the south the land of Kasbah, huge oasis palms and dunes. You will be in the path of caravans of camels that have crossed the sub-Saharan countries toward markets in MOROCCO Like Marrakech and Fes, must of them carried salt, silk and gold. You will cross the village of Agdez and Zagora then reach to the camp in the middle of the dunes to spend your dream night, your own camel will pick up you to see the wonderful sunset in the dunes then back to the camp for shower and dinner enjoying a night full of local music, fire and stars. Overnight in the camp traditional rooms or tents with bed and bathroom.
Day 6: Dunes of Mhamid —- AIT Ben Haddou KASBAH. 4,5 hour driving.
Breakfast and say good bye to the camels and dunes to leave toward AIT BEN HADDOU KASBAH, the place recognized by the UNESCO, then the Moroccan Government itself jumped on the bandwagon in 1994 to rehabilitate the Kasbah in order to preserve the cultural and national heritage. The Kasbahs were a major
stop for camel caravans carrying salt through the Sahara and returning with gold, silver and slaves. After exploring the place dinner and overnight in the hotel.
Day 7: Ait Ben Haddou – Kasbah Talouat Marrakech. About 4,5 hours driving
Departure to Marrakech via the Tizi´ N´Tichka pass (2260m). You will enjoy beautiful landscapes with different colors and the Berber villages. Make a visit to Kasbah Telouet mosque, a small typical village with a great history. Reach to Marrakech it is a chance to explore the most famous places there and enjoy the harmony of Marrakech at night. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 8: Marrakech.
